How Long Does It Take?
Depending on the size and detail necessary to complete the job, you can expect us to be on-site anywhere from 1-3+ plus hours. In some cases, work can run over the estimated time, but rest-assure, its because we want to do a great job. Your price will not change*.
Should additional areas or services be requested at the time of the scheduled project, we will give you an estimate and be happy to accommodate if our schedule permits. In the event that we cannot accommodate this type of request that day, we will immediately call our office to see when our next available time slot is. We appreciate the business and will work hard to work with your schedule and requests.
*If a project is interrupted for any reason by the customer - other than due to weather or an act-of-God - we will make every effort to commence the project but may ask to re-assess the price.
Day of Service
An authorized representative does not need to be present at the time of our service call. We ask that arrangements be made to gain entry to the property at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of service. The representative making the arrangements for service(s) should do the following 1) supply a lockbox key or actual door key to the property by mailing or dropping it off to our office, 2) submit the home invasion alarm keycode and 3) any other information necessary.
Receipt of Service
If an authorized representative is not present at the completion of the project, a detailed field sheet will be left at the property. Another copy is then sent with receipt.
We stand by our work. But, for any reason, if you feel the detailed report of our service sheet that we leave on the premises does not reflect the work that was done - call us within 24 hours and we will come out and do the work over again. Should you have any questions regarding the service, before during or after the scheduled service, we ask that you call our customer service line at 866-528-2273.
FREE No Obligation Estimate
Because we want to give you a comprehensive assessment of the project, which includes a written price estimate (requiring signature), a detailed description of the work to be performed and a scheduled time for the work to be done, we require an authorized representative be present at the on site estimate. Otherwise, we will provide an estimate over the phone and go over it in person before the work begins.
Same Day Service
For our residential, REALTORS®, landlords, and most small business projects, we offer same-day service. Call us for details.
All projects are confirmed within 48 hours of their commenced time and it is the responsibility of the customer to call us within that 48 hour timeframe up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled service to cancel. Should this request not be fulfilled we do ask for a last minute cancellation fee of $50.
Payment is due at the completion of service(s). Previous arrangements can be made for credit card processing. QualCare Cleaning, Inc. accepts Master Card and Visa.
