Window Washing

Washington DC Window CleaningQualCare Cleaning, Inc. offers comprehensive residential window cleaning services covering areas from Columbia, Maryland to Lorton, VA; From Waldorf, MD to Bowie, MD and from Annapolis, MD to Great Falls, VA. We also serve all of the District of Columbia and surrounding neighborhoods. Our technicians include interior and exterior window washing, storm windows, screens, and outdoor light fixtures.

When you call Qualcare Cleaning we’ll offer a FREE over-the-phone estimate and will schedule an on-site evaluation of the project in most cases the same day. Once your QualCare Cleaning, Inc. technician explains our detailed process and will schedule your project when it is most convenient for you.

The QualCare Cleaning, Inc. team uses cotton scrubbing wands and a natural sponge to wash the glass. They then use the most popular tool of the trade for window cleaning which removes the water from the glass and leave it streak-free and haze-free. Any excess water is wiped off the window frames and sills and then the clean screens or storm windows are put back into place.

Qualcare Cleaning provides a complete window cleaning service to our customers, giving you screen washing, sill wiping and both interior and exterior window washing services – all inclusive of our price. We start by removing any loose debris and can usually free windows that are “frozen” from excess painting or disuse – at not extra charge.

Small Business

QualCare Cleaning, Inc. services many small business accounts and include interior and exterior window washing services with screen cleaning all preceded by a FREE on-site estimate. Our professional team provides service on mid-rise (one & two-story) small office buildings or town homes even car dealerships, and low-rise apartment or housing complexes. As well, QualCare Cleaning, Inc. has the experience to do store fronts, restaurants, hotel and bank lobby windows.

The QualCare Cleaning, Inc. technicians will remove the screens from the number of window units to be cleaned, take them outside to be serviced and then place them back in the unit when completed.

Screens are dry brushed, the frames are wiped with a damp cloth and then rinsed off on both sides and staged to air dry.

If necessary, depending on the initial evaluation from our technicians, the screens may need to be presoaked or scrubbed on both sides before rinsing.

Screens should be cleaned at least once per year. If screens are extremely dirty, a service charge may be added to pre-spray the screen with a solution that allows the dirt/grime to loosen before cleaning begins.

In most cases, the QualCare Cleaning, Inc. team suggest that you clean your screens before storing for the winter and then again before they are reinstalled each spring. The cleaning will eliminate any dirt or corrosive build up on the screens and prevent the dirt from going back on the glass when it rains.

If there is green or black mold evident, a specialty solution, which we provide, can to be applied to remedy this problem. A follow-up treatment may be necessary if the dirt has gone deeper than surface level. Your QualCare Cleaning, Inc. technician will let you know at the time of the estimate if you would need additional services that we may or may not be able to provide.

Rest assured, our hundreds of window washing clients have been thoroughly satisfied, even surprised, by the quality of our work. (See testimonials...)
